The Last Stand is a five-session curriculum designed to immerse students in a time-travel-themed narrative adventure, where they assume the roles of Air Cadets on a mission to save two scientists who went missing for years! The choices they make throughout the adventure will unlock new destinations and could result in diverse outcomes.

🎯 The Goal
The goal is to enable STEAM teachers to incorporate the curriculum into their schools, educating students about air pollution through engaging, interactive gameplay and curriculum progression, fostering awareness, solutions, and environmental responsibility.
🎲 The Outcome
A five-lesson curriculum featuring an immersive narrative, incorporating three key components: two games and one interactive play, designed to enhance learning experience and improve enjoyment and engagement.
For all of our school curriculum design, we also provide custom-designed student journals and comprehensive lesson plans that will allow educators to become game masters in the classroom.
Part 1: The Last Stand
An educational toolkit that centred around air pollution, comprising custom-designed adventure journals and comprehensive lesson plans that will allow educators to become game masters in the classroom and help students understand the impacts of air pollution.
Part 2: The Diagnosis
The Diagnosis, presented in the Session 2 of The Last Stand, is a major game Cadets (who are students) need to complete in order to convince the President that they are qualified for the mission. Students are guided to map out a complete air pollution cycle, connecting different kinds of pollutants to their sources and sectors.
Part 3: The Crossroads
The Crossroads is a strategic simulation game showing the impacts of air pollution policies in a societal and environmental context. This board game allows students to apply their knowledge acquired throughout the curriculum and cultivates a holistic understanding of actions and impacts.
